ORGANISING CREMATION ASHES FOR SHIPPING TO RETERNITI
Remember Reterniti doesn’t handle cremation; our service exists AFTER your loved one has been cremated.
You simply instruct your vet or crematory (whomever you have been dealing with) to deliver the ashes to Reterniti; we send our pre-paid shipping kit to them.
Alternatively, if you have your loved one’s ashes at home, we’ll send you our pre-paid shipping kit to package the ashes in. When you’re ready just call the courier and they’ll return them to us.
We have an online industry portal where your vet or crematory staff complete the order including unique identification and delivery details.

Within New Zealand we use a tracked and traced signature courier service.
As your Cremation Stone is precious and irreplaceable we feel this premium courier service is essential.
Additionally, personally signing for receipt is important; your Reterniti Stone shouldn’t be risked sitting on your doorstep.
